Michael is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Capital Markets practice based in Stamford, CT, with over 12 years of experience advising public and private companies on complex accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets transactions.
He specializes in guiding companies through transformational events, including IPOs, reverse mergers, de-SPAC transactions, and strategic financings, and advises on SEC reporting and technical accounting matters such as business combinations, debt and equity financings, stock-based compensation, and earnings per share.
Prior to joining CFGI, Michael began his career at Deloitte in New York City.
