Michael is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice. He is a professional with over 16 years of experience in the accounting and financial services industry. Michael has a wide variety of experience and has worked in numerous industries, including consumer and industrial product manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceutical and other life sciences, construction, distribution, utilities, and technology.
Michael’s skills include SEC Compliance, SOX Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit Preparation, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Carve Out and Spin Off Reporting, and Project Management.
Prior to joining CFGI, Michael has served in the following capacities: Assistant Controller at Singer Equipment Company, and an Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Chester University, a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) from Saint Joseph’s University, and a certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in Pennsylvania and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (“LSSBB”). He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“PICPA”).
