Michael is a Managing Director in CFGI’s transaction advisory practice where he specializes in M&A and financial due diligence services for private equity and corporate clients. Michael has over 11 years of transaction services and accounting experience across a variety of industries including construction, industrial manufacturing, financial services, and transportation. Michael brings experience specifically to the lower-middle and middle market, assisting clients to analyze key deal issues including quality of earnings, operational trends, and normalized working capital for platform acquisitions and roll-up strategies.
Prior to joining CFGI, Michael spent 6 years at PwC, most recently in the transaction services practice where he assisted clients in various phases of the acquisition and divestiture processes. Michael began his career in the assurance practice at PwC providing audit and attestation services for clients in the manufacturing, asset management, and insurance industries.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
