Mike is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice, providing accounting and financial consulting services with a focus on life sciences, real estate, manufacturing, consumer products, and energy industries for over 15 years.
While at CFGI, Mike has worked on life sciences/healthcare/biotechnology, manufacturing, and consumer product clients. Mike has executed a variety of projects including extensive IPO readiness, ASC 842 implementations, and various technical accounting matters, including stock-based compensation, debt & equity, and business combinations. Mike also has extensive experience assisting clients with several financial reporting functions.
Mike was previously a Senior Manager at EY in the assurance practice working across several industries. He led engagements for SEC-registered public and private companies focusing on operational audits, and process improvement initiatives. Mr. Jaeger led multiple engagement teams through successful IPOs and was responsible for high-risk areas such as revenue, debt & equity transactions, and stock compensation.
Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Concentration in Fraud Examination from Bloomsburg University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
