Michelle Marshall is a Managing Director with CFGI, providing clients with business transformation consulting services. Her experience lies in developing and directing complex projects through strong leadership, strategic planning, research, resource alignment, and commitment to client success. Her successes span a variety of service offerings including ERP implementations, financial process improvement, program/project management, and strategic development initiatives.
Michelle actively leads our Embedded Project Management offering where she is responsible for providing program/project management solutions to our clients to drive their transformation efforts forward. Her expertise lies in leading large-scale projects including driving communication across multiple cross-functional teams, understanding project design requirements, designing process improvements, implementing ERP systems, training and mentoring junior team members, effectively managing client relationships across multiple business functions, and creating executive presentations to showcase progress.
While at CFGI, Ms. Marshall has led several business transformation projects, been an SME in technology selection, and oversaw a large Fintech merger and acquisition. Most recently she has created a value-add program/project management office for her client to enable PMs to focus on project execution and business value. Prior to joining CFGI, Michelle had extensive finance transformation experience at firms such as Accenture, VFP Consulting, DXC Technology, and Resources Global Professionals.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
