Nick has extensive experience in helping clients navigate complex accounting and financial reporting matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, capital market transactions, new revenue recognition and IFRS to US GAAP conversions. Nick has also completed interim management roles for clients including serving in controllership, SEC reporting, and technical accounting positions.
Before joining CFGI, Nick served as a director in PwC’s Deals practice in New York where he led the capital market, divestiture, acquisition, revenue recognition, and other complex accounting engagements. He is also an alumnus of PwC’s Audit practice in London.
Nick is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics from the University of Warwick. In 2019, he will graduate with an Executive Global Masters in Management from the London School of Economics.
