Niket is a Managing Director with CFGI, providing mergers & acquisition and sell-side transaction advisory services to private equity, investment bank and corporate clients. Niket’s experience includes big 4 transaction advisory services for both large public and private equity clients.
Niket has over 14 years experience providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence advisory services, post closing integration services, and pre closing operational carve out services to corporate and private equity clients. Niket brings experience specifically to the lower-middle and middle market, assisting clients to analyze key deal issues including quality of earnings, operational trends, and normalized working capital for platform acquisitions and roll-up strategies.
Prior to joining CFGI in 2019, Niket served as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at PwC where he assisted clients in various phases of the acquisition and divestiture processes. Prior to PwC, Niket was a Manager in Deloitte’s Accounting Advisory practice where he focused on assisting clients with financial reporting requirements related to the carve-out and divesture process.
Niket has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey.
