Patrice Cherry is a Managing Director with CFGI, providing accounting advisory and consulting services to public and private clients across a variety of industries, bringing over 13 years of experience. Her industry experience has included entertainment & media, legal, biotechnology, and non-profit.
Patrice’s skills include revenue recognition; period end close and accounting operations; audit readiness; IPO preparation; carve-outs; and process improvement.
Prior to joining CFGI, Patrice was an Assistant Global Controller in private industry and was responsible for both domestic and international accounting operations. In her previous role, she executed spin-offs, domestic and international regulatory compliance, financial sell-side diligence, system implementations, various technical accounting assessments and drove process improvements throughout the organization. Patrice was previously a Senior Manager at PwC in the audit practice, servicing public and private clients in the entertainment, media and communications sector.
Patrice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
