Peter Liddell is the Managing Partner of CFGI in Singapore, where he leads the firm’s practice across Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region. At CFGI, Peter partners with CFOs, executive teams, and boards to deliver high-impact advisory services spanning finance transformation, operational excellence, AI and digital innovation, and strategic growth. He brings particular depth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, helping clients navigate their most complex transformation and performance challenges.
Prior to joining CFGI, Peter spent more than 36 years as a global and regional leader at a Big 4 firm, where he held a series of senior leadership roles, including Global Leader of the Operations (Supply Chain) Centre of Excellence, Global Solution Leader for Sustainable Supply Chain, Asia-Pacific Partner in Charge of the Life Sciences industry, and Client Lead Partner on a Global Chairman’s Account. He also served as Healthcare and Life Sciences sector leader in Singapore and as Service Line Country Leader across Australia, China, and Singapore. Throughout his career he has designed and run large-scale transformation programmes that reduce business complexity and unnecessary operational cost, positioning clients for growth and access to new markets. His areas of expertise include operational strategy; supply chain, procurement, and logistics advisory; and project, change, and risk management.
Peter holds more than three decades of experience advising organisations across the Asia-Pacific region, with deep specialisation in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, and Consumer Health. Widely recognised for his point of view on the future of operations and supply chain, he has presented at global industry forums, client events, and to leading analyst firms on how emerging technology and market forces are reshaping the way businesses operate.
