Prem brings over 14 years of experience providing mergers and acquisition advisory services to corporate and private equity clients. Prem has extensive experience in assisting his clients on financial due diligence, purchase agreement support, sell-side process management, GAAP compliance assessment, financial planning and analysis, and post-merger integration in a wide variety of industries. He has led the financial due diligence process and coordinated the efforts of multi-functional teams on several buy-side and sell-side transactions with deal sizes ranging from a few million dollars to several billion dollars.
Before joining CFGI, Prem was leading the financial due diligence efforts related to the divestitures of multi-billion dollar carve-out transactions at Johnson and Johnson. Prem was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services group before joining Johnson and Johnson.
Prem earned his MBA at the University of Notre Dame and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Binghamton. Prem is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Management Accountant, and a Certified Financial Manager.
