Ryan is the national leader of CFGI’s life sciences practice. He provides accounting advisory and transaction services to public and private companies of all sizes, with a focus on biotechnology and other life sciences.
Ryan is a subject matter expert in SEC reporting, earnings per share and debt and equity financings and has extensive experience in a variety of other technical accounting areas. He assists his clients and leads CFGI engagement teams through complex transactions including initial public offerings, reverse mergers, collaboration arrangements, acquisitions, divestitures, and debt and equity issuances.
Prior to joining CFGI, Ryan was in the audit practice at KPMG. Ryan is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
