Sebastian Braun has been supporting companies with his expertise in finance transformation projects for over 15 years. His consulting focus is the optimization of finance processes and KPI- & steering models. Besides professional transformation during the Implementation of (new cloud) ERP systems, he advises finance departments in launching innovative tools and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In 2015 he passed the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam and has been president of the German Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
