Tim is a Partner and Co-Leader of CFGI’s Treasury practice and brings over 25 years of experience with foreign and domestic public, private, and private equity portfolio companies, often with international or cross-border aspects. Tim provides transaction and financial advisory services with a focus on Treasury and interim CFO services, sell and buy-side transaction support, acquisition integration, and business transformation across multiple industries.
Tim is a Partner with CFGI, providing finance, accounting, and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries and has broad-based executive experience in all aspects of Financial Management including treasury, cash-flow forecasting, accounting, financial controls, system selection and implementation, and business analysis and budgeting. Prior to joining CFGI, Tim worked at a boutique consulting firm where he was involved in numerous corporate engagements including carve-out transactions, process improvement projects, and finance transformation.
Tim also spent 5 years as Vice President and Treasurer of Convatec, Inc. a global medical device company spun out from Bristol Myers. Tim was responsible for establishing the treasury function and was part of the business process transformation team tasked with implementing SAP. Tim also led several large debt refinancings and was the primary investor relations contact.
Tim has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (University of New Hampshire) and a Master of Science in Finance (Bentley University).
