Tom is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Business Transformation practice and brings over 24 years of experience driving results for his clients through strategic process, technology and operational change. He brings value to his clients by serving as a strategic advisor with deep experience in both business and technology transformation.
His recent experience includes lead roles in strategic transformation programs and large scale technology implementations, both focused on enabling business leaders to make better decisions. Tom has also guided his clients through streamlining technology platforms and enhancing current technology to drive improvements, advance internal capabilities and achieve cost savings. Tom is a proven leader with specialized skills in driving Global transformation programs, technology enablement and implementation, and providing executive guidance and leadership to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
He has extensive experience in leading technology implementation programs with multiple stakeholders and large, global delivery teams. Tom has served clients across multiple industries, with particular depth in LifeSciences, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing and High Tech. Prior to joining CFGI, Tom served as a Partner with Tata Consultancy Services and a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting in the Finance / Technology Transformation space.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Finance) from Washington State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
