Wes is a Partner with CFGI, providing accounting and consulting services for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining CFGI in April 2018, Wes was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG Philadelphia. Wes started his career in the KPMG audit practice in October 2009, where he participated in financial statement audits primarily for both SEC registrants and privately-held clients in the power and utilities and manufacturing industries.
During his public accounting experience, Wes provided professional audit services a variety of clients, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS requirements, which included performing integrated audits of SEC registrants in both the power and utilities and manufacturing industries, which entailed handling various issues in technical accounting areas prevalent throughout the power and utilities industries: ASC 805 Business Combinations; ASC 805 Transactions Between Entities Under Common Control; ASC 360 Long-Lived Asset Impairments; ASC 980 Regulated Operations; Tax-equity arrangements and hypothetical liquidation at book value
Wes holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College and an MS in Accounting from Boston College. He is a CPA in New York and Pennsylvania.
