Matt provides merger and acquisition advisory services to clients throughout the entire deal continuum. Matt focuses on providing both pre-acquisition diligence services and post-closing integration services to corporate acquirers, private equity clients, and their portfolio companies. Matt also provides sell-side due diligence services to corporate clients and middle and lower-middle market private equity firms that are exploring various divestiture options.
Immediately before joining CFGI, Matt was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services practice where he assisted clients in various phases of the acquisition and divestiture processes, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, structuring, financings, integration and transaction negotiation in a wide variety of industries.
Matt graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems and is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
