Carina Hira co-leads CFGI’s Finance Effectiveness practice. With more than 20 years of experience advising CFOs and finance organizations, she helps Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies design and implement strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Carina specializes in Finance Operating Model design, organizational transformation, and technology-enabled change, with expertise spanning ERP and EPM implementations, data enablement, automation, AI, and global process optimization.
Before joining CFGI in 2025, Carina held senior leadership roles at PwC, where she led large-scale finance strategy and transformation programs across industries including financial services, consumer goods, and retail. She is known for her ability to translate strategy into action—guiding clients from roadmap and business case development through implementation and value realization. As a trusted advisor to finance leaders, Carina helps organizations navigate complex change with clarity and confidence.
Carina holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, where she also minored in Spanish. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on leadership to every client engagement.
