Eric is a Partner with CFGI, providing FP&A consulting services to clients across various industries. Eric has a diversified background with exposure to Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Operations, and transactions. Prior to joining CFGI, he was a Director of Global FP&A for seven years with McDermott International. He started his career in Finance Effectiveness Advisory at PwC, where he spent nine years working with clients to manage complex Finance and business process changes. Eric has extensive experience in large blue chip and mid-market companies across industries focused on Energy, Construction, Banking, and Telecom.
Eric’s skills include Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Liquidity and Net Working Capital Management, Hyperion Functional SME, Data Analysis and KPI Development, Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, and Turnaround/Restructuring. He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
