Blair is a Managing Director with CFGI, leading the Data and Analytics team within Business Transformation. As a business and technology consulting leader, Blair is focused on understanding and enhancing business performance and returns through root-cause data analysis, M&A, and business profitability growth initiatives. She delivers client value through building and managing cross-functional teams while leveraging business intelligence software. Blair has experience across industries including Private Equity and Financial Services, Tech, Consumer Products, as well as Life Sciences. She is skilled in advanced data analytics, visualizations, identifying automation opportunities for process improvement, as well as manipulating large volume business data across various ETL tools.
Before joining CFGI, Blair was part of Grant Thornton and PwC’s Strategy and Transaction Services Consulting practices. Here she provided recommendations for financial, operational, and process performance improvements including key metrics on the financial position and projected growth trajectories of target companies using Business Intelligence tools. Blair received her MBA from The Wharton School and her Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
