John is a Partner at CFGI and serves as the firm’s the Global A&D Practice Leader. In this role, you leads our market development efforts across CFGI’s comprehensive products and services. John has 25 plus years of experience in the industry including Aerospace, Defense, Government Technology, and Space Exploration. John has supported numerous clients execute large and transformational efforts including acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, RMTs, IPOs, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining CFGI, John was a Partner at KPMG in their Deal Advisory & Strategy Practice. John served as the market leader for Aerospace & Defense in the US. John supported over 150 transactions for A&D and industrial clients including acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, IPOs, and joint ventures.
John also worked in the industry with Rockwell Collins as a Corporate Development Senior Director. In this role, John originated and executed deals across their Government, Commercial, and MRO business segments. John also managed joint ventures and alliances to expand technology and supply chain capabilities.
