Kyle Bolden is a Partner and CFGI’s National Real Estate Industry Leader. He brings nearly three decades of experience advising public and private real estate companies, investment managers, boards and senior finance executives on complex transactions, capital markets activity, financial reporting, finance transformation and other strategic priorities.
Prior to joining CFGI, Kyle spent 28 years at EY, including 15 years as an Audit Partner, and led EY’s U.S. East Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction practice. Throughout his career, he has worked with REITs, real estate operating companies, private equity real estate firms, investment funds, developers, owners and operators across virtually all major property sectors.
Kyle has extensive experience advising companies through IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, public-to-private transactions, internalizations, capital raising, fund formations and other complex strategic events. He has also advised management teams and boards on SEC reporting, corporate governance, financial reporting and internal controls.
Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant and SEC-qualified financial expert. He earned a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
