Radhika Ray is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Partner within CFGI’s leadership team who brings extensive experience in management consulting, private equity operations, and large-scale business transformation. She has deep experience working as an embedded operational leader within organizations to drive performance, build accountable cultures, and put the systems in place to scale successfully.
Prior to joining CFGI, Radhika was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the Transformation practice, where she worked directly with senior leadership teams across financial services, technology, and consumer sectors. Prior to McKinsey, she was a Private Equity Operating Executive at Cerberus Capital Management, serving in senior operational leadership roles across the firm’s portfolio companies.
As COO at CFGI, Radhika oversees the firm’s global operations, leveraging AI and technology to sharpen how the firm works and elevate the client experience. Her focus is on attracting and developing the best talent in the industry, expanding market presence, and ensuring CFGI’s operations scale with the same discipline and quality that defines its client work.
Radhika holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Western University in Canada. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
