With more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership, Sean advises clients across cable communications, media and entertainment, and technology. He partners with CFOs and executive teams to address complex technical accounting matters, strategic transactions, and finance transformation initiatives. In his role at CFGI, Sean is driving the continued expansion of the firm’s technology, media, and entertainment solutions worldwide while strengthening capabilities for clients in New York.
Prior to joining CFGI, Sean was a Partner at EY, where he helped build the Financial Accounting Advisory Services media and entertainment practice. Over the course of his career, he has advised marquee brands including Altice, AMC Networks, BuzzFeed, Comcast NBCUniversal, Fox, Paramount, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Warner Music Group. His expertise spans IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, carveouts, revenue recognition, software capitalization, and SEC reporting. Sean is recognized for his ability to guide clients through high-stakes transactions and transformation programs with both technical depth and practical industry insight.
