As a Partner in CFGI’s Finance Effectiveness Practice, Sri is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience managing Finance transformation programs for large and mid-size clients, bringing deep finance domain knowledge coupled with extensive program and project management expertise. He has led a diverse set of finance transformation programs including operating model assessment and design, business process optimization and redesign, digital and AI enablement, and finance technology selection and implementation including ERP and last mile controllership tools. His experience spans the financial services, industrial products, and consumer goods and services sectors.
Prior to joining CFGI in 2026, Sri held several leadership positions at major professional services firms such as PwC and EY, where, as an engagement partner, he was responsible for delivery of end-to-end finance transformation engagements for middle market clients. His work included current state finance function assessment, future state visioning, business case and roadmap development, finance close process acceleration, Oracle NetSuite and Workday Financials and EPM design and implementation, business process redesign and automation using a broad range of digital tools including Alteryx, BlackLine, Floqast, and Trintech, as well as global business services assessment, design, and implementation.
Sri holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
