Alexandra is a Managing Director at CFGI, providing accounting and consulting services. She is a highly accomplished financial professional with over 15 years of experience in public and private companies within several industries, including biotech, retail, consumer, and industrial products. Alexandra has supported public companies with their complex technical accounting matters including SEC reporting, financial reporting, debt and equity transactions, complex acquisitions, assisting with ASC 805 accounting for business combinations, and accounting for share-based compensation. Before joining CFGI, Alex was in the audit practice at PwC Boston.
Alexandra is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also a Certified Auditor in Russia and a Certified Accountant in the UK (ACCA). Alexandra has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in Russia; a Master of Science in Finance from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in Russia; and a Certificate in Advanced Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
