Allison Dyer is the Greater Washington Managing Partner at CFGI, where she leads regional operations and strategic client engagements across the Mid-Atlantic. At CFGI, Allison partners with CFOs, finance teams, and executive leadership to deliver high-impact consulting services, including technical accounting, transaction support, interim leadership, business transformation, tax, cybersecurity, and risk advisory. She plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through their most complex and urgent financial challenges.
Prior to joining CFGI, Allison spent over three decades at Deloitte, where she served as an audit partner, practice leader, and trusted advisor to C-suite executives and audit committees. Her industry specialization spans real estate (REITs, developers, merchant builders, investment funds, operating companies, hotels), consumer business, and technology. Allison led Deloitte’s Greater Washington Area Audit & Assurance practice, overseeing more than 350 professionals and driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and talent development. Her expertise includes technical accounting, SEC reporting and compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
Allison holds over 35 years of experience in financial leadership and is recognized for her commitment to developing women leaders and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. She is a licensed CPA and has earned distinction as a transformational leader in both advisory and assurance services.
