Barbara Reidner is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Business Transformation practice, based in Chicago. With more than 25 years of experience, she partners with CFOs and CIOs to deliver complex programs that transform business operations and enterprise performance. Barbara specializes in finance strategy and assessment, target operating model design, business case development, and technology-enabled transformation. She is recognized for enabling teams to drive standardization, simplification, and innovation through automation and advanced technology solutions. Her industry experience spans pharmaceutical and life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, financial services, insurance, travel and entertainment, manufacturing, oil and gas, chemicals, and real estate.
Barbara’s recent work includes leading finance and operations transformation initiatives for global and multinational companies, with a focus on business process assessments, benchmark analysis, shared services, and ERP roadmap implementation. Prior to joining CFGI, she held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, EY, and IBM, where she spearheaded transformation programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Barbara brings extensive expertise in finance, HR, and supply chain process design, ERP-enabled technology implementation, and delivery model transformations. She has also served as a subject matter expert in BPO and operating models, designing training programs and industry-leading practices for clients and engagement teams.
Barbara holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Louis University.
