As a Managing Director at CFGI, Jonathan works with clients across transactions and transformations, helping leadership teams translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes. He partners with senior executives and sponsors to drive alignment and disciplined execution across their portfolios of enterprise initiatives, including merger integration, carve-outs, and value creation programs.
Prior to joining CFGI, Jonathan spent over 18 years in management consulting and corporate roles, advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed businesses on merger integration and separations, operating model design, cost and performance transformation, and large-scale execution programs. His experience spans telecom, media, infrastructure, healthcare, consumer, hospitality and industrial sectors, where he has supported complex change under tight timelines.
Jonathan holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia.
