Joseph has represented secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, receivers, examiners and court-appointed trustees. He has also served as a liquidating trustee and performed viability and solvency analyses, feasibility and liquidation analyses, fraudulent transfers and preference analyses and damage claim analyses.
