Kenneth (Ken) Schatz is a Partner at CFGI, where he brings more than 20 years of experience delivering value to clients through strategic finance transformation, technology enablement, and operational excellence. Ken is a proven leader with deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, specializing in Oracle NetSuite, Oracle EPM, and Sage Intacct. He partners with organizations across industries to design and implement solutions that enhance scalability, efficiency, and insight, with a focus on process improvement, change management, financial planning, reporting, and acquisition integration.
Ken takes a client-focused approach to every engagement, leveraging his extensive background to deliver tailored solutions and measurable business outcomes. His recent work includes guiding organizations of all sizes through system selection, process optimization, and technology enablement initiatives. Over the course of his career, Ken has supported clients in software and services, healthcare, manufacturing, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, banking and financial services, oil and gas, and retail. Prior to joining CFGI, he held leadership roles at E78 Partners and Alithya, where he built and scaled high-performing consulting practices. His early career in accounting and FP&A provides a strong foundation for understanding client challenges and delivering practical, results-driven solutions.
Ken holds multiple professional certifications, including Hyperion Certified Professional – Planning and Essbase, Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) Specialization, Prophix Certified Implementer, and Generative AI Automation Specialization from Vanderbilt University. He studied Pre-Medicine at the University of Washington.
