With more than 25 years of financial, operational, and technology leadership experience, Oscar specializes in solving complex enterprise challenges and driving innovation to achieve measurable outcomes. He has deep expertise in transaction planning and execution, performance improvement, and tax-effective operating model programs, with industry experience spanning energy and chemicals, automotive and industrials, engineering and construction, and retail and consumer products.
Prior to joining CFGI, Oscar held senior roles in management consulting, where he built and led teams through large-scale transformation initiatives. His career is distinguished by his ability to guide organizations through strategic change, aligning finance, operations, and technology to accelerate growth and improve profitability. Earlier in his career, Oscar served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership and operational discipline that continue to shape his approach to client service and team development.
