Peter is a Managing Director in CFGI’s UK Business Transformation practice. Peter has over 20 years of experience providing leadership on finance and business transformation, change management, and financial management to companies in the UK, Europe, and the United States.
Prior to joining CFGI, Peter worked in management consultancy and blue chip technology where he managed a number of business transformation programmes across multiple industries supporting clients of varying sizes.
Peter has extensive experience in transforming finance functions to deliver value to the business through the implementation of new processes, tools, and team structures.
Peter has also led finance functions at a UK, European, and Worldwide level. He has built finance teams and new operating models to optimise performance and increase profitability.
Peter is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) . He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Economic History from York University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College.
