·       Advise clients on the project lifecycle to ensure best practices, planning and execution are aligned.

·       Work alongside key client stakeholders to develop work plans with proper activities, resource engagement and assignment, expected outcomes and timing.

·       Assume tasks within the defined scope to drive execution and delivery, as needed.

·       Identify when additional CFGI resources might be needed to support additional tasks or expanded scope.

·       Streamline and automate timely reporting of project status to key stakeholders.

·       Facilitate upward communication as requested with Project Sponsors, Executive Leadership or Board of Directors.

·       Constantly be present in client conversations to uncover new needs and be able to speak to CFGI service offerings that can benefit the client and address their needs.

·       Maintain a clear focus on providing exceptional client service at every opportunity.

·       Fully develop and maintain client relationships at all levels within the client’s organization to gain stakeholder trust, become a true business partner that can communicate complex ideas, and gain stakeholder buy-in.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

·       Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).

·       Knowledge of key project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).

·       Strong ability to work independently and lead client engagements to drive timely successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

·       Comfortable working on multiple engagements with changing priorities and deadlines.

·       Knowledge of leading Financial Planning and Analysis tools (i.e., Planful, Vena, Adaptive Insights, OneStream).

·       Knowledge of leading ERP technologies (i.e., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct).

·       Experience with other Project Management engagements (M&A, IMO, capital projects, etc).

 

Qualifications and Capabilities:

 

·       Minimum of ten years of professional experience, preferably in project management, finance transformation, technology transformation, or professional service.

·       Motivated, hands-on project management professional that is interested in advising our clients to successful outcomes.

·       Exceptional communication, meeting facilitation, and time management skills.

·       Ability to think strategically and tactically.

·       Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to connect the dots.

·       Excels in navigating through ambiguity and providing clear and actionable recommendations.

·       Proven ability to successfully lead the completion of timely projects within budget.

·       Demonstrated competence in communicating with key stakeholders across all levels of an organization (operational to C Suite).

·       Ability to effectively provide status updates to management and escalate roadblocks leadership.

·       Experience managing multiple client projects, including business, practice, and/or people development.

·       Ability to confidently drive stakeholder alignment and unify organizations through inspiration and motivation to drive informed decision making.
