Benjamin brings over 11 years of experience providing accounting and advisory services to both public and private companies across a range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer markets, media & entertainment, technology, life sciences, and financial services clients.

During his tenure with CFGI Benjamin has assisted clients with a wide range of complex technical accounting issues including mergers/acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, debt and equity financings, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and the implementation of new accounting standards, such as ASC 606 and ASC 842. Ben has also served in several key interim management roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance, Director of Technical Accounting and Director of SEC Reporting.

Benjamin began his career in the assurance practice at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in the Science of Accountancy from Boston College, and is a member of the General Gift Committee at Philips Exeter Academy.
