Chris is a Managing Director with CFGI, providing accounting and advisory services to public and private companies across several different industries. He has extensive experience with business combinations, which included the preparation of pro forma financial statements and S-4 filings, as well as audit readiness engagements. In addition, Chris has done considerable work regarding process improvements, including the establishment of financial closing processes and procedures for various companies.
Chris’s skills include audit readiness; segment reporting; initial public offerings; business combinations, including SPAC deals; capitalized software; stock-based compensation; and process improvement.
Prior to joining CFGI, Chris was a Senior Manager at EY in their Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. His other significant financial roles included serving as the controller of a public technology company as well as the director of financial reporting for a multinational distribution company. Earlier in his career, Chris managed the audits of large international organizations which included assessing internal controls as they related to SOX.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Trenton State College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey.
