Dan is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice, providing technical and operational accounting consulting services for private and public entities, with a focus in the biotechnology industry. Dan is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts and has over 10 years of accounting experience in client service roles. He has assisted his clients with a wide range of complex accounting matters, including IPO and audit readiness, SEC reporting and financial statement preparation, debt and equity transactions, business combinations, lease accounting, and revenue recognition, amongst others.
Prior to joining CFGI, Dan was previously an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte Boston, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of financial statement audits of various public and private companies, ranging in sizes and industries including biotechnology, real estate, consumer products, and technology & software. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Springfield College.
