Doug brings over 30 years of experience providing financial support and advisory services to public and private companies across, telecommunications, chemicals, software, technology, medical device and manufacturing industries. Doug supports both public and private companies with acquisition and divestiture transactions. These transactions include financial support of carve-out transactions for both sell-side and buy-side clients through due diligence review, transaction close and interim operation. These transactions often include significant business combination challenges, requiring financial and operational coordination and integration.
Doug’s skills include sell-side and buy-side transaction support; acquisition integration; debt offering and compliance; process improvement; and treasury stand-up and operation.
Before joining CFGI Doug was a Senior Consultant with a Treasury Advisory business with a focus on Private Equity complex carve-out transactions from due diligence through close, and interim business operation and permanent resource recruitment. Doug also held various executive positions at a multi-billion telecommunications company with roles in Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Operations Finance and Internal Audit. Doug is an alumnus of the Deloitte – Kansas City Office audit practice.
Doug holds a BS/BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas. He is a CPA in the states of Kansas and Missouri.
