Ellen is a Managing Director with the Technology Transformation group and lead for CFGI’s ERP Solutions Offerings. She brings over 10 years of experience and is focused on the space where business operations and technology intersect. Ellen supports clients through ERP & EPM selections, ERP / business process fit gap assessments, ERP & EPM implementations and re-implementations, system integrations and holistic tech stack assessments. Ellen’s experience crosses a wide range of systems and industries making her a go-to resource to support client’s overall technology initiatives.
Ellen’s time at CFGI has concentrated on leading clients through large technology initiatives and devising the strategy not only for successful execution of the projects but successful change management within the organization to ensure they have lasting strategic impact.
Prior to CFGI, Ellen was an Associate Director at KPMG working as an internal consultant to the Audit Practice with a focus on business operational excellence initiatives, reporting to the National Audit Operations Leader. During her time at KPMG, she worked on a variety of projects spanning technology, finance and accounting and workforce management. Having worked on projects impacting 10,000+ end users, she is very experienced in bridging the gap between IT, operations and people.
Prior to KPMG, Ellen spent 5 years with PwC as a Project Manager in their Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) sector and the broader Financial Services industry of the Audit Practice. In addition, she worked on a variety of internal projects related to transformation including piloting RPA in the Audit and BCM sector redesign initiatives. Ellen began her career at a global long/short equity firm in Research and Operations.
