Enea is a dynamic financial C-suite advisor with over 15 years of experience in providing accounting and advisory services to public and private companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500. During his tenure in the Big 4, Enea developed extensive experience in complex Capital Market transactions becoming a subject matter expert on both traditional IPO and SPAC (including Up-C structure). His strategic leadership style has helped him successfully complete over 100 buy sides, sell sides, IPO’s and financial audits.
Given Enea’s global advisory experience in the US, Europe, and Australia, he brings a unique perspective to all of his dealings. Over his career, his specialties have spanned a variety of industries including Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Software, and Technology, among others.
Enea’s skills include IPO readiness, complex Capital Market transactions including Form S-1, S-3, S-4, S-8, Form 10, Rule 144A, etc., Registration Statements including uplift of financial statements disclosure from private to public company, MD&A, Article 11 Pro Forma information, Rule 3-05 – acquiree financial reporting, etc., Business Combinations accounting including reverse mergers, SEC Rules & Regulations including Regulations S-X and S-K, carve-out financial statements, complex technical accounting analysis both under US GAAP and IFRS, and audit support.
Prior to joining CFGI, Enea spent 15 years within the Big 4 network where he advised engagement teams and clients on complex accounting and SEC reporting matters. He also worked as a Global Head of Technical Accounting at a multi-million-dollar global life sciences service organization.
Enea is from Milan, Italy, he is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science and Accounting from Bocconi University. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant in Melbourne, Australia.
