Jeffrey is the Vice President of Human Resources at CFGI. He has over 25 years of experience in professional services industries, with 18 years of his experience serving in CFO, COO and CHRO roles. His knowledge and insight in human resources, operations and finance provide CFGI with a unique balance to grow while creating a culture of excellence and inclusion across the employee base. Jeffrey started with CFGI as the Vice President of Finance and Administration but saw the need to focus on supporting their number one asset – their people. Prior to joining CFGI, Jeffrey served as CFO and COO of two high-growth, industry-leading services companies (Magellan Jets and HouseWorks), where he also was fully responsible for the HR functions. Jeffrey also served as the Corporate Controller of the Boston Consulting Group’s North American business and was the CFO and the Financial Operations Principal for two global financial services firms.
Jeffrey prides himself on his ability to focus on the human aspect of business and making CFGI a better place to work. A place where people feel supported and inclusive, all while understanding the need for obtaining operational and financial success. He believes that in order to be truly successful in a CHRO, CFO or COO role, that there must be a proper balance and understanding of the financial, operational and the human drivers of the business, all while putting CFGI employees first.
Jeffrey holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Syracuse University in both Accounting and Business Law. Jeffrey is based out of the Boston Corporate Office.
