John is a Managing Director with CFGI providing operational finance, accounting, and consulting services across industries including media and entertainment, aviation, consumer products, among others. He is a results-driven engagement leader with a proven ability to manage successful teams with strong analytical and technical skills. Prior to joining CFGI, John began his career in Assurance services at EY, then divisional Director of Controllership at NBCUniversal in New York, NY, and most recently Director of Digital Transformation for North American Enterprise Sales at HighRadius.   

Over the course of his career, John has led multiple large-scale projects including driving communication across multiple teams, understanding the appropriate project design requirements, training and mentoring team members and staff, effectively managing relationships across multiple functions, and creating executive presentations to showcase progress.   

His projects have included system implementations, close acceleration, and organization design. He led and implemented a change to a publicly traded Revenue booking process by owning all steps including understanding design requirements, proposal review, testing, and execution. He also utilized his knowledge of the system implementation to drive efficiency and timeliness in the close process by instituting operational and financial changes related to automation.   

He has strong knowledge of process optimization and workflow design while also understanding key accounting standards (GAAP) including Sarbanes-Oxley, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting requirements. He continues to provide excellent value to clients through sound project management and leadership skills, overseeing large engagements while keeping management informed and driving key business relationships.
