Joe is a Managing Director leading CFGI’s New York Metro valuation practice, providing valuations for financial reporting, tax, and litigation support purposes for over 15 years.
Joe works with business owners, CFOs, investors, and attorneys to solve their complex and critical valuation needs. Our valuations are used for financial reporting purposes, often in the context of a purchase/sale, the issuance of equity to employees, and impairment testing. Many of our engagements are tax-driven (409A and valuations for gifting) as well as in the litigation support arena.
Prior to CFGI, Joe was a Director in Grant Thornton’s New York City Valuation & Modeling Group. Before joining Grant Thornton, Joe worked in the valuation services group at Appraisal Economics, Inc.
Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University. He is accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), AICPA, and certified in Entity and Intangible Valuation (CEIV), AICPA.
