Julie is a Partner at CFGI providing accounting advisory and consulting services with a focus in the Life Sciences industry.
Julie has a successful history of supporting the needs of the office of the CFO including IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and controllership activities (including interim controller and reporting roles), and is a Subject Matter Expert in stock-based compensation. She has led several IPO readiness engagements beginning with initial financial statement preparation for a first-year audit through IPO effectiveness. She often continues to support her clients post-IPO as the company scales the finance and accounting departments.
Before joining CFGI, Julie was at KPMG in the audit practice where she served in financial statement audits of various clients in the consumer goods industry, mainly SEC registrants subject to SOX 404 requirements.
Julie has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.
