Kathryn is a Managing Director with CFGI’s Business Transformation practice specializing in partnering with the office of the CFO to provide FP&A, Data and Analytics, and Modeling services to clients of all sizes and stages of growth. 

Kathryn is adept at leading cross-functional teams, and brings expertise in strategic planning, data transformation, and reporting optimization as well as a deep background in integration and divestiture execution. Additionally, she has extensive experience in standing up FP&A capabilities, improving budget and forecast cycles, KPI development, dashboards and visualization, management / BOD reporting, and implementing digital transformation solutions to drive efficiencies across planning, reporting, and analysis needs. 

Prior to CFGI, Kathryn was part of Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions Consulting practice focused primarily on integration and separation. Prior to Deloitte, Kathryn spent time in corporate finance and FP&A within the Energy industry where she was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and business intelligence. 

Kathryn holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
