Kelly brings over 14 years of experience providing complex accounting advisory services to public and private companies of all sizes across various industries, with a focus on biotechnology and other life sciences.
Kelly is a subject matter expert in stock compensation and initial public offerings and has extensive experience supporting clients with their complex technical accounting matters including SEC reporting, earnings per share and debt and equity transactions. Her technical expertise is focused on assisting clients and leading engagement teams with initial public offerings and SEC reporting post IPO.
Before joining CFGI, Kelly was in the audit practice at EY. Kelly is a CPA in the state of New Hampshire and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
