Mark brings over 30 years of experience providing financial services to private equity firms, major corporate law firms, investment banks and corporations. As Managing Director for CFGI, Mark’s primary responsibilities are business development and client relationship management. Mark specializes in working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies with all their critical accounting and finance needs, including valuation services, interim management, buy-side & sell-side due diligence, IPO readiness, revenue recognition, post-close integration and business transformation.
Before joining CFGI, Mark was a Managing Director at Donnelley Financial Solutions for 25 years where he assisted on hundreds of IPO, M&A and Restructuring transactions. He also worked extensively with corporations in helping them manage their quarterly, annual and transactional SEC filing requirements. He was also Head of Donnelley’s Restructuring Division. Prior to that, Mark was a Certified Public Accountant where he focused on auditing and corporate tax.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University.
