With over 15 years of experience, Patrick is responsible for driving the firm’s business development and client relationship activities. Patrick has deep-rooted relationships in the Private Equity space where he assists established firms with their most pressing accounting and finance needs both at the portfolio company level and fund level, specifically focused on post-close integration/value creation, buy-side & sell-side due diligence, valuation services, interim management, and business transformation. In addition to his involvement in the Private Equity space, Patrick has a long history of collaborating with Emerging Growth Companies to help them navigate the IPO process from both an IPO Readiness and Public Company Readiness standpoint.
Before joining CFGI, Patrick was a Managing Director at RR Donnelley for 10 years where he worked with private and public companies to help with their IPO and M&A financial transactions and communications. Prior to that, Patrick spent five years at IBM where he worked alongside various Fortune 50 company CFOs providing software, hardware, and consulting solutions.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College.
