Sean is a Managing Director with CFGI’s Business Transformation practice. He specializes in partnering with the office of the CFO to provide Operational Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Transformational services to his clients. Sean’s expertise includes current state assessment across the FP&A taxonomy, FP&A function stand up, Strategic Planning, Acquisition Transformation, KPI Development, Management Reporting, and Liquidity Planning.
Sean has led his clients through complex transformations during his time with CFGI. He has led the development of FP&A capabilities stemming from initial budget development and cash flow forecasting to ERP and FP&A software implementation to reporting needs for companies preparing for the IPO process. Sean has been a trusted advisor to his clients by partnering with leadership to align on strategies, and implement solutions to help them achieve financial goals, and create efficiencies across their operations.
Prior to joining CFGI, Sean was a finance leader across the Healthcare landscape, including both Payer and Provider organizations, following his time at PwC. Sean holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Duquesne University.
