Joachim is a Managing Director and drives business development efforts at CFGI. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financial and operational due diligence, pre and post-deal services as well as restructuring services, and has helped business owners and investors around the globe execute on hundreds of buy- and sell-side engagements.
Joachim has worked across multiple industries with a focus on consumer products, technology, wholesale and distribution, business services, industrial manufacturing, retail, and restaurants.
Joachim has over 18 years combined experience as a professional within M&A and Public Accounting in the U.S. and Germany. Prior to joining CFGI, he was heading the M&A practice for the New York region at a middle-market non-audit accounting advisory firm, and prior to that, he worked for many years at big four accounting firms in the U.S. and Europe.
