Emma is a Managing Director in CFGI’s UK Accounting Advisory practice. Emma has over 15 years of experience providing complex accounting, management advisory and transaction services to public and private companies in the UK, Middle East, Australia and the US.     

Emma works with clients on complex technical accounting issues including revenue recognition, business combinations, consolidation and distributable reserves. 

Prior to CFGI, Emma managed and led financial accounting services teams in EY’s Assurance group. She gained a wealth of experience across multiple industries supporting clients of varying sizes. Emma has knowledge of UK premium and US SEC listed requirements and has led and coordinated large engagement teams across multiple jurisdictions.  

Emma regularly provides complex accounting and external reporting support on transactions involving acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, IPOs, restructuring and separations.  

Emma has vast experience in project management with a focus on understanding the needs of stakeholders, clear and precise planning, motivating the team, and coordinating multiple workstreams. 

Emma is a Member of the Institute of Charted Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (ICAANZ). She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Griffith University in Australia, as well as a diploma in Hospitality Management from The Career Training Institute of Australia.
